Reaching the regions

Our Life Ed South Australia (LESA) Educators have been busy hitting regional towns, including a recent trip to the South East and remote mining town of Roxby Downs.
Jack visited the St Barbara’s Parish School which is a Catholic school with close to 200 students and 8% of the students are Indigenous.
The feedback that Jack received from the St Barbara’s Parish School was positive and they enjoyed the visit:
It was very educational and the students got involved and interacted positively with everyone involved. I wish we did this in Term 1, to help establish respectful relationships.
Thanks for dealing with my tricky class - Jack had immense patience despite meltdowns and frustrations.
