Sunrise rises on Life Ed response to COVID 19

Sunday, 5 Jan 2020

Australian schools returned from Easter holidays this month but not like they're used to. Due to restrictions following the outbreak and spread of COVID-19, students have been learning via remote digital platforms.

While teachers and schools have rallied wonderfully to support students, Sunrise know how critical (and popular) the Life Ed Program is to Australian children and wanted to know more about our response.

When asked, Life Ed CEO, Kellie Sloane, confirmed just how important it is that we are able to adapt as an organisation.

With kids in lockdown and isolation, away from their friends and school, the messages we give around resilience, about being healthy and safe offline and online, are more important than they have been for a long time.

Live crosses to Life Ed NSW offices also included our well known Mobile Learning Centres, TAM-e technology, Zoom discussions with students and celebrities from across the country, news of a brand new online program and, of course, an appearance from Healthy Harold.
