Ways to Get Involved

The power of partnerships in WA

Monday, 17 Feb 2025

Life Ed WA has started 2025 strong with the continued support of the Channel 7 Telethon Trust, Westside Auto Wholesalers, Life Ed’s Thrive Children’s Fund, and The Stan Perron Charitable Foundation.

“Funding from the Channel 7 Telethon Trust, Westside Auto Wholesalers and Life Ed’s Thrive Children’s Fund will help us to continue to deliver vital preventive health and safety education to the children located in the Goldfields region and the town of Esperance. While support from The Stan Perron Charitable Foundation will allow us to reach more lower socio-economic schools in the Perth metro and regional WA areas,” said Bernie Foley, CEO of Life Ed WA.

“We could not do what we do without the support of generous groups like this, who share in our vision to ensure every child thrives through education.”

Life Ed’s curriculum-aligned, evidence-informed, strengths-based and age-appropriate program for children from Kindergarten to Year 6, helps support teachers in delivering the crowded curriculum and provides support for parents.

The impact it makes is considerable, made possible thanks to support from the generous WA community.

Don’t take our word for it!

Here’s what local teachers and school leaders had to say:

The program links to the Health and Physical Education Curriculum and our school’s Social and Emotional Wellbeing programs. Teachers and students were highly motivated and engaged, and language and terminology were age-appropriate with all lessons.
This was so engaging I think the kids really enjoyed it.
What a wonderful session that incorporated knowledge in an active way.
The topic/content for vaping was 100% relevant for the Year 6 students.
Lovely seeing Gina again. She holds the attention of the students with ease.
