The game of Snakes and Ladders is much like our everyday lives, full of ups and downs.

Use Healthy Harold’s Snakes and Ladders to help teach your children about the importance of making the right choices when it comes to food.

While playing, you may wish to share why some foods are considered “sometimes foods” (the snakes) and others are known as “always foods” (the ladders).
