Students will learn about puberty’s changes, reproductive systems, personal rights, and how to stay safe and supported.
Overview
In Welcome to Puberty, students will explore puberty as a key stage of development, learning about the male and female reproductive systems, the physical, social, and emotional changes they experience, and where to find help and support. They’ll also discover how to recognise and respond to feeling unsafe, understand their personal rights, and get a hands-on introduction to menstrual products.
