Explore: Respect Your Brain

We also encourage families to visit the Respect Your Brain page, featuring an engaging animated video series. These videos explain how alcohol, cannabis, MDMA, antidepressants, and vaping can affect the developing brain, particularly during adolescence—a critical time for brain growth and learning123.

The series is designed to help young people and families understand the unique risks substances pose to brain development, decision-making, and wellbeing. It’s an excellent conversation starter and a reliable source of evidence-based information.

At Life Ed, we know that informed, resilient families are at the heart of safer, healthier communities. If you’re concerned about a loved one or just want to learn more, Your Room – For Families, is a trusted starting point for support and information.
