This fun activity will assist students to better understand the nutritional benefits of calcium-rich foods for their growing bodies.
This Australian Curriculum linked printable resource developed by Life Ed and Dairy Australia is suitable for students in grades F-2* . Students will match an essential vitamin or mineral to a part of a Harold’s body.
This activity could be a warm up activity – or something fun in the middle of a session or used to assess a student’s prior- or post- knowledge.
NB – Students are encouraged to practise their dotted or dashed lines and use pencils as the first guess.
